The way I run: 👮🏼Police Chase Run
Ok.
I am fat and not fit, and I want to become opposite of that. Fast.
Also, I hate casual running. I don’t have discipline, my earphones suck and sneakers not perfect for a run. Put it simple-> I am lazy.
But I do love games. Adventures. I like to play.
So I run but in a different way.
I imagine I am a police guy or a special agent, who is chasing someone. And it is the question of someone’s else life or mission accomplishment.
I chase guys on scooters (26 km/h), bicycle guys and other runners. I jump over the obstacles and don’t follow the running path.
It makes my ❤️ beat faster. Pulse jumps tremendously. I sweat like a 🐷 , and my body hurts. But it is fun.
I believe that it sends different signals to my body. It says that I need more energy -> and needs to burn my fat -> and improve itself so that it can run faster.
Is this true? I don’t know. I run, chasing shadows and train my body
And also, having a ton of fun😝
