📱The Best Fitness App / Fitness tracker IMHO

I was trying different things to track my sleep, steps, pulse, etc.

I do agree that sometimes you really need to see a bunch of markers that contribute to your health and life longevity.

Now, let me introduce you the best tool /app that is cheap yet efficient.

It is Your mirror.

Here are some killer features of it (with short instructions on how to use them):

  1. ⚖️ Weight control. Undress, check the belly area, and shake your hands. Depending on the results, take further steps: exercise more, eat less, and be healthier. Repeat every day. Make it part of your morning routine
  2. 💪🏻 Muscle mass. Do #1. Do you see you have muscles? If not -> exercise more
  3. 😴 Sleep quality. It will tell you whether you slept enough. Check the area around your eyes. Check your skin color. Don’t wear your lack of sleep as the badge of honor
  4. 😝 Happiness. Do you see a happy person in the mirror? Do they smile or be grumpy?

That’s it. For these things, I don’t need a special 200$ + tracker and app. I’d rather spend them on alcohol, KFC, and long party nights (haha, just kidding).

And what do you use to track the basic stuff? Is it actionable enough, or has it become a chore?
